Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, we require a minimum purchase of $4.95, excluding shipping costs.
Where do you ship and by what method?
BrickArsenal ships worldwide. We use USPS and UPS and shipping rates will be based on this shipping method. There are no exceptions on shipping.
How can I pay?
BrickArsenal accepts many forms of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Moneay Orders & Wire Transfer! We apologize for the inconvenience but do not accept checks, sorry!
How do you package shipments?
Package Preparation:
Orders placed before the shipping cut off are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after the shipping cut off or placed on a day that the shipping carrier is closed we will ship the next shipping day. The shipping cut off is 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted and your shipment may be delayed. Severe weather and natural disasters may also delay shipments. Preorders will be processed on the same timeline the day we receive the product.
Packing Methods:
BrickArms are very light and packages are shipped in small, padded bubble mailers.
How soon will my order be shipped once I have paid?
Under normal circumstances, BrickArsenal ships within (1) day. See above for details.
Can I track my order?
All shipped items will have tracking numbers. (NOTE: This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package through USPS. Our local Post Office does not always record the origination event, but they usually seem to update the tracking record upon delivery. So, if you go to USPS.com to track your package, and it does not seem to be there, this is the reason why.)
Valid Email Address Required
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address when ordering via BrickArsenal Your email address is used to send the order confirmation and shipping notification and tracking emails. If you do not receive your order confirmation email, check to make sure you provided a valid email address to PayPal that is free of typographic errors, that is currently working, and that your mail system or your ISP mail system is not filtering out emails from brickarsenal.com as spam or other unwanted email.

Packages shipped Regular Delivery Inside the United States may take up to 7 business days to arrive.
Packages shipped Expedited Delivery Inside the United States may take up to 3 business days to arrive.
Packages shipped Worldwide International Delivery may take up to 12 business days to arrive.
All orders within the United States ship UPS or USPS. Orders being shipped to a military address, P.O. Box, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. territory address will ship via Priority Mail. All shipments are insured and traceable.
To ensure the quickest processing time, especially during the busy holiday seasons, please make sure to add an emergency contact number like a cel phone or work number when you are checking out. This will enable us to immediately contact you in the event we need to verify important information about your order. If you are ordering for a birthday, holiday or time sensitive occasion, we highly recommend providing us this contact number.
Orders going to a PO Box or military address, can only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and cannot be shipped via our Expedited Delivery option. While most orders arrive in a very timely manner, shipping times cannot be guaranteed. If you live at a military address overseas, you should still choose USPS Regular Delivery inside the U.S. option.
Shipping to an Address Other Than Your Billing Address - If your order is shipping address for your order does not match the billing address on your credit card, we may require you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This extra step in the ordering process helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. We may need to contact you via either the phone number or email address that you provided with your order to inform you of this requirement. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address prior to placing an order will help us expedite your order.
Please note that circumstances do arise that are beyond our control, i.e. - extreme weather conditions, lost or misrouted packages due to UPS or USPS, as well as credit card authorization problems. In these rare situations, the delivery time can be delayed a bit and expected shipping times are not guaranteed. We do everything within our control to expedite every order.
